Peru's forces of law and order caught on video

On Thursday June 11th there were demonstrations in support of the Amazon indigenous all over Peru. Here comes a video that shows how Peru's National Police Force (PNP) dealt with the demostrations.

This video was shot in the town of Huancayo. Later Peruvian national media reported that incident as "Five Police Injured in clashes with University Students" and talk about how police came under "a hail of stones". Stunningly, not a mention in Peruvian media as to how dozens of police officers used powerful slingshots to stone protestors.

Watch the video. Pretty incredible four minutes worth of raw footage of how those "humble police officers" treat citizens when (they think) nobody is looking (watch out from about minute 3 when they really get busy with those slingshots). A very large hat tip, once again, to The Huanca York Times.
