Just before his execution on November 15th 1781, Tupac Katarí, leader of a rebellion that laid siege to the city of La Paz for around six months, looked his executioners in the eye and said,
"You will only kill me, but I will return and I will be millions."It's been 227 years and one day, but I get the feeling Tupac would be content with the current President of Bolivia. Via the ballot, not the bullet.
