The footage is from security cameras taken on 18th October that show Evandro Joao Silva being shot to death by two delinquents so that they could rob him of his clothes, cellphone, wallet and shoes. But then it shows how two Rio de Janeiro police officers arrive on the scene, do nothing to help Silva, let the murderers escape and finish up with the stolen goods themselves.
What's worse (if it's possible) is that Evandro Joao Silva was the social coordinator of the Rio NGO 'AfroReggae', an organization that helps young people out of the vicious cricle of drugs and has helped 364 people break out of the world of narcotrafficking in the last 12 months.
The two police officers are now under arrest.
