Jim Schultz makes some interesting points in his farewell address, but perhaps the fact that Bolivia's issues are evermore domestic and less directly concerned with foreign affairs is the most relevant and hopeful for the country. He's also right about blogging...from an academic viewpoint, at least. Six years is a long time to run a blog, so says someone who's 2 1/2 years in and counting.
