Yeah me too....and then in August they changed them back again to "full growth" pattern once the short-term inflation problem had been brought under control.
Hey!! Something else absolutely and totally unconnected with the two thoughts above; take a look at this chart that shows Chinese monthly copper imports since June 2007, and note the September 2008 figure that was announced by China last night:
