I was impressed. Tonight in a live TV interview, president-elect of Peru Ollanta Humala revealed to a wide and gullible world (your author included) that current (and very successful) Peru CenBank head, Julio Velarde, would continue as head of said Central Bank of Peru. If you, kind and gentle gringo, needed a reason to expect that Peru's macro policy would change it's tough to think of a better example of a person in power calling BS.
Peru is currently cheap and a buy. The end. Toldya nuff times already. The end.
